SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between you (the client) and RankYourTrade (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Our Offer

We will optimise your Google Business Profile with the goal of achieving a Top 3 ranking on Google Maps for your agreed primary keyword within your target suburb or service area within 90 days.

Our objective is to improve your visibility so potential customers searching for your trade in your area can find and contact your business.

Scope of Services

Our work may include, but is not limited to:

• Complete Google Business Profile audit and optimisation

• Structuring and improving your Google presence for local visibility

• Review generation strategy and implementation

• Local competitor analysis and positioning

• Local search optimisation focused on your suburb and surrounding areas

• Ongoing monitoring, optimisation, and adjustments during the 90-day period

Where necessary, we may also recommend or assist with website improvements that support your local rankings.

What We Need From You

To carry out our services effectively, we require access to:

• Your Google Business Profile

• Your website (if applicable)

We will provide clear instructions on how to securely grant access.

We will notify you before making any significant changes to your business profile or website.

Once payment has been completed, you will receive an onboarding email with instructions on how to provide access.

The 90-day optimisation period begins once the required access has been received.

Client Cooperation

The success of the service depends on cooperation from the client.

By entering this agreement, the client agrees to:

• Provide the required access to systems and profiles

• Respond to reasonable requests for information or approvals

• Avoid making major changes to the Google Business Profile or website without consultation during the optimisation period

If access is removed, cooperation is withheld, or significant changes are made that interfere with optimisation work, the 90-day guarantee and timeline may be paused or adjusted accordingly.

Guarantee

If your business does not achieve a Top 3 ranking on Google Maps for the agreed primary keyword within the agreed target suburb or service area within 90 days, we will pause billing and continue working until the ranking goal is achieved.

Once the ranking goal has been reached, billing will resume from the next billing cycle.

Clients enrolled in the Stability package receive optimisation services without the Top 3 ranking guarantee. The Stability package focuses on improving visibility and working toward first-page rankings where possible, but it does not include the performance guarantee offered in the Dominance package.

This guarantee applies provided that:

• The client provides the required access and cooperation

• The business profile remains active during the optimisation period

• No major changes are made to the Google Business Profile or website without consultation

• Access to required systems remains available during the optimisation period

Search rankings are influenced by many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm updates and competitor activity. While we commit to performing all agreed optimisation work, rankings may fluctuate over time.

Rankings must be maintained through ongoing optimisation. If services are cancelled, rankings may change due to factors outside our control.

Exclusivity

During our collaboration, we aim to work with a limited number of tradies within each suburb or service area.

This helps us maintain quality and avoid conflicts of interest where possible.

Payment Terms

After agreement and selection of your package, you will receive an invoice for the agreed service.

Payment may be made via:

• Bank transfer

• Credit or debit card

• Other available payment methods offered at checkout

Once payment has been received, you will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours outlining the next steps.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to improve your search visibility and rankings, we cannot guarantee business outcomes such as specific revenue, number of leads, or sales.

Search engine algorithms and rankings are controlled by third-party platforms such as Google, and these platforms may change their systems at any time.

RankYourTrade will not be held liable for:

• Changes in search engine algorithms

• Temporary ranking fluctuations

• Loss of business, revenue, or profit

• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms

Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the current billing period.

By purchasing our services and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
